Shipping future models with an improved, larger bolt release, a stock with a shorter length of pull, or even offering a “factory upgraded” package with these features pre-installed could significantly enhance the out-of-the-box experience. Such improvements would not only address the primary consumer pain points but would also position the MAC-1014 to more effectively compete against and challenge firearms in the established mid-tier market segment.
